Barbara Ellen Maguire -Veith Family Scholarship
The purpose of this scholarship is to provide support for students who have financial need and are pursuing academic work in research, internships, or summer projects in the behavioral neurosciences, health sciences including pre-medicine, or computer sciences. The scholarship shall be awarded in even years by the College of Humanities and Social Sciences and in odd years by the College of Sciences and Engineering. The recipient will be pursuing academic work in research, an internship, or summer project, and the recipient must have a financial need. The fund may be used to pay any costs related to educational expenses, including, but not limited to, tuition, books, materials, supplies, etc.

- $4,400
- Rotates between the CSE and CHSS
Criteria
- Undergraduate student or graduate student.
- For a student majoring or in a CSE major related to behavioral neuroscience, health science, or computer science.
- Recipient will be pursuing academic work in research, an internship, or summer project.
