Robert L. Hamilton Family Graduate Scholarship in Science

This endowment is created and shall be operated exclusively to fund a fellowship for a graduate student in the sciences. The Robert L. Hamilton Family Fellowship will be awarded to a graduate student enrolled in one of the departments in the College of Sciences and Technology at Western Washington University. The fellowship is renewable for a second year as long as the student is in good academic standing. The recipient of this scholarship is to be chosen by the department.

Award:

  • 1 @ $4,800 (2019-20) to Biology
  • Rotates in alphabetical order through the CSE departments with grad programs (no Physics nor Engineering)

Criteria:

  • For a graduate student enrolled in Biology
  • Renewable for a second year, as long as the student is in good academic standing
